They responded promptly, and to my surprise, I was already driving away in my car within 30 minutes of my first message. Incredibly efficient! A big thank you to Mr. Alif (car delivery) and Mr. Iqbal (car pickup) for making the whole process so smooth. During pickup, they recorded the car inspection themselves and shared it with me — I didn't have to deal with the hassle of documenting everything myself, which was a really thoughtful touch. The car itself was offered at a reasonable price and ran without a single hiccup throughout our trip — exactly what you want from a rental.
